Refund policy

 

Made-to-Order Products: Our products are printed on a made-to-order basis, meaning each item is uniquely created following your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, except in specific circumstances as outlined below whilst maintaining your consumer rights.

30-Day Replacement for Damaged or Mislabeled Items: If your item is damaged or mislabeled, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to contact us for a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, please return the item in its original condition. We will provide a free replacement for such items.

No Refunds for Buyer's Remorse: Please note that we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Buyer's remorse refers to the regret a customer may feel after making a purchase, typically for reasons such as changing their mind, finding the product cheaper elsewhere, or deciding they no longer want or need the item.

Incorrect Sizes: As our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size. We encourage customers to carefully check their size requirements before ordering.

Shipping to Incorrect Address: If a product is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will need to pay additional shipping costs for redelivery once the item is returned to us and the correct address is provided.

Lost in Transit (Correct Address): If the item is lost in transit and the correct address was provided, we will resend the product at no additional cost to the customer.

Starting a Return: To initiate a return for damaged or mislabeled items, contact us at hello@shogunproductionz.com. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Exceptions: Returns on sale items or gift cards are also not accepted.

Refunds Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Contact us at hello@shogunproductionz.com if you have not received your refund after 15 business days.
